Certificates & Qualifications

Mileage Records
- Distance and rate records submitted by the user

Support Requests
- Messages and requests submitted through the support feature

Device & Usage Data
- Device type, OS version, and app version
- Crash reports and error logs
- Push notification tokens

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:
- Display and manage your schedule, receipts, certificates, and mileage records
- Process support requests
- Send relevant push notifications
- Monitor app stability and fix errors

Your data is stored securely in encrypted cloud infrastructure. Authentication credentials are encrypted and never stored in plain text. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
